I first discovered this clinic in 2019 when I felt like other options were not nearly as effective as I'd hoped for. I knew ketamine had been around forever, used in surgeries previously for both humans and animals, so I knew that biologically it's considered to be extremely safe. I figured there wasn't much to lose by giving it a try for mental health concerns. I don't know yet (and I'm not sure anybody knows for sure yet) if ketamine will work forever, but, for me, it continues to be, by far, the single most effective treatment option I've found. Both in their last location and their new one, I always felt that I was treated well. All of the staff has been friendly and helpful. I think that everyone has always been very professional. I wouldn't say that they are clinical, but I say that as a good thing. Not feeling like I am in a clinical setting makes me more comfortable and relaxed.
